We have a feature to help when a number is bad or already associated with another account. If you take a look in Active and New Linespan Number tab, as long as you didn’t already use a number you will see a flag button next to the number. If you click this you will automatically be refunded for the bad number instantly. We can't control when other suppliers release their numbers. We hold linespan numbers once purchased for 120 days but if someone buying direct from one of our sources uses a number, we can't control when it gets released back into the population. This feature should make life easier when it happens.
